Myo Armour Pro Crepes - Easy high protein, no carb, gluten free crepes!
2 Eggs or 1/2 cup Egg Whites
1 Scoop of Myo Armour Whey Protein Isolate (Unflavoured if you don't want it sweet, if you want a little bit of sweet Vanilla is great!)
1 Tbsp milk to make a liquid consistency
Will be enough for 2 crepes.
1.Heat medium sized frying pan on med-high , melt/heat quarter sized organic butter or grapeseed oil.
2.Pour 1/2 batter into frying pan, rotating pan to evenly disburse batter in a thin layer.
3.Flip when it starts to bubble thru. Remove from pan after 30 Sec
Roll your favorite fruit and some yogurt up inside or make it savoury with some meat and veggies!
