Banana – Berry Power Shake

Ingredients :

1 scoop Myo Armour Whey Isolate – Vanilla

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze

3/4 cup frozen berries (your choice)

1/2 banana (medium fresh or frozen)

3 oz Liberte Greek style yogurt – unsweetened

1 pkt Stevia- sweetened to taste

Instructions:

Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on high for one minute.
